1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Video Requirement: To be eligible for an exchange due to a damaged or defective product, you must record a video of the unwrapping process from the moment you start opening the package until the product is fully revealed. The video should clearly show the package in its original, sealed condition, and the entire process of unboxing, including any damage that is present.
  • Condition: The product must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

2. How to Request an Exchange

a. Record a Video

  • Unwrapping Process: Begin recording before you start opening the package and continue until the product is fully unwrapped and visible.
  • Clear Footage: Ensure that the video is clear and that the product is visible at all times, especially any areas where damage is present.

b. Contact Us

  • Submit the Video: Send the video to our customer service team at Customer Care: 9346108116 along with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Review Process: Our team will review the video to verify the damage and will contact you within 2-3 business days with the next steps.

3. Exchange Process

  • Approval: If the video clearly shows that the product was damaged or defective upon receipt, we will approve the exchange.
  • Replacement: Once the exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. We will provide you with a return shipping label for the damaged product if needed.
  • Shipping Time: The replacement item will be shipped within 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Important Notes

  • Incomplete Videos: Exchanges cannot be processed if the unwrapping video is incomplete, edited, or unclear. The video must show the entire process from start to finish.
  • Non-Damaged Products: If the product is not damaged or defective, the exchange will not be approved, and the return process outlined in our Return Policy will apply.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for exchanges, even with a video.
