Delivery Information
Orders (except pre-order items) are dispatched within 3 business days.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–10 working days depending on your location.

Each neck set includes a pair of earrings and a rope. If you prefer a chain instead of a rope, an additional charge of ₹70 will apply.

All products are made from premium brass and crafted to high-quality standards.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-booking products, the in-stock items can be shipped earlier for an extra shipping fee of ₹70. If you choose to wait, all items will be shipped together once the pre-booking product is ready, with a single shipping fee.

Return / Exchange Policy
A complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package is mandatory to claim any transit damage.

Partial, edited, or unclear videos cannot be accepted for damage claims.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once they are placed.
